About payments and plans
Can I start without paying?
Yes. The Free plan never expires and includes CRM, proposals, contracts, invoicing, projects, bookings and forms, for one user and with some usage limits. Freelancers and Business come with a 15-day trial.
Do I need a card to try a paid plan?
Yes, it's requested when the trial starts, but nothing is charged during the 15 days. Cancel before and you pay nothing.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price you see includes VAT.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay month to month and can switch plans or cancel whenever you want.
Where is my data?
On servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, in line with the GDPR.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's kept and you can export it. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
